I grew up in upstate NY and moved to Boston to pursue my BFA from MassArt with a major in illustration. After graduating, I pivoted into graphic design instead — I wanted stable income, and I didn't feel ready to run my own business as a full-time artist. Now almost a decade into corporate America, somewhere between my frontal lobe developing and the soul-crushing grind of bringing the shareholders value, I knew my next move needed to be working for myself, doing art I actually love.

In 2025, I started dedicating most of my time outside work to doing exactly that — and social media helped me find people who genuinely connect with it. Seeing someone love a piece I made still means everything to me. It's an all-consuming side hustle for now, but full-time is the eventual goal.
