Products & Personalization

All artwork, designs, and product photography on this site are the original work of Lauren Cleveland Creative and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially use our designs. When you submit a photo or detail for a personalized item, you confirm you have the right to share it with us, and you grant us permission to use it solely to create your order (and, unless you tell us otherwise, to photograph the finished piece for our portfolio and social media).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Orders & Processing

Processing and shipping timelines are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or an unreasonable or extraordinary request.

Returns

All sales are final per our Refund Policy, with the exception of items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Limitation of Liability

Lauren Cleveland Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
