Shipping policy

I currently ship within the United States only.

In-stock items (prints, stickers, and ready-to-ship pieces) ship within 3 business days of your order.

Custom and made-to-order items (including personalized pet portrait mobiles) require 3–4 weeks of processing time before they ship, to allow for design and hand-assembly. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. If your package hasn't arrived within 7 days of its expected delivery date, contact me at laurenclevelandcreative@gmail.com so I can keep an eye on it. If it still hasn't arrived 3 weeks after USPS tracking shows it shipped, I'll issue a refund. Once USPS tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, I'm not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after that point.
